Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Gilded Treasures Vintage currently ships within the continental United States only.
Orders are carefully packed using protective materials appropriate for fragile antique and vintage items. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. The most reliable and cost-effective carrier option is selected for each order.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Signature confirmation may be required for select higher-value shipments.
Gilded Treasures Vintage is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. However, assistance will be provided in initiating a carrier claim when required documentation is submitted.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the antique and vintage nature of the items, all sales are final.
Please review all photographs and read item descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Condition details are disclosed to the best of my knowledge, and any notable wear or imperfections are documented in the listing.
If you have questions before purchasing, I am happy to provide additional information or photographs.
Vintage Condition Disclaimer
All items sold through Gilded Treasures Vintage are antique, vintage, or preloved.
These pieces have lived previous lives and will show signs of age, wear, patina, crazing, minor imperfections, or variations consistent with their history. These characteristics are part of their authenticity and charm.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the inherent nature of vintage goods.
Damage Claim Policy
Every order is packed with great care to ensure safe arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, you must follow the steps below:
1. Contact me within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Email your order number along with clear photographs.
2. Provide photographs of:
- The damaged item
- All internal packaging materials
- The shipping box (all sides)
- The shipping label
- Any visible exterior box damage
Failure to provide all required photographs may result in denial of the claim.
Do not discard the item or any packaging materials. Shipping carriers often require inspection, and disposal of materials may void the claim.
All damage claims are subject to carrier review and approval. Refunds or other resolutions will only be issued once a carrier claim has been approved and processed.
